What area's do you cover?
Our studio is based in Bromley, London but we travel all over the UK to complete assignments.
How do I get a quote?
To receive a free quote simply click the Get A Quote Today button at the top of the website or email Gary@CreateTheImage.co.uk You can also arrange a meeting to sit with us, with a cuppa and a biscuit to discuss assignments.
What are your opening hours?
The main opening hours for us is Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm but are available to work out of hours to complete assignments.
How do I get to see my images?
We supply the photos on an online viewing gallery for you but you can also set up a meeting in Bromley or over the phone in order to talk through the images.

We supply the videos on an online viewing gallery for you but you can also set up a meeting in Bromley or over the phone in order to talk through the videos.

How do I make an enquiry?
Visit our Contact Page to make an enquiry about your photography or content production needs.
What type of photography do you do?
We only work Businesses & Business Owners to highlight their business and brand. This ranges from Head Shots/Team Shots to Website/Social Media images and Products. If you are running an event or conference then we can also help with this.
What type of video content to you do?
We create Talking Head Videos which can be a service overview, product demonstration, FAQs or Tips videos. We also create Testimonial videos for our clients.
How far in advance do I have to book a shoot?
The recommended time to book a shoot is 2 weeks before the desired day of shooting. However do get in touch in case we have a photographer who is available for the shoot sooner. This also applies for our content productions.

What is the turnaround time for the images?
We usually have your photographs returned within 3 weeks of the shoot. If you have a specific deadline to meet please let us know and we will always endeavor to meet it. We process all of our photographs in-house so have complete control of our work flow.
What is the turnaround time for the video content?
We usually have your video content returned to you within 4 weeks of the shoot. We try to make this the completion date, so you should have content sent to you to review after two weeks but this is dependent on the project. If you have a specific deadline to meet please let us know and we will always endeavor to meet it.
What are your prices?
Please contact us to discuss your requirements as all our quotes are bespoke. We do offer packages to try and help businesses get started but if you know what you want then a bespoke quote is the best way forward. Once we agree on a price, there will be no hidden or extra fees, each quote is tailor made to your exact assignment. Feel free to either drop us a message here or email and we will respond within 24 hours.
Who owns the Copyright of the images?
Copyright is a funny old subject - The truth of the matter is that the content creator will always have the actual copyright unless they fill out documents and get lawyers involved to hand over the rights to you.
So the honest answer is that the Copyright remains the property of SF Photography, however the images are issued to you and usage can be agreed for any requirement you have. This is all factored into your quote so please let us know your plans for the images when getting in touch with us.

What file format are the images in?
All images are taken in the RAW format, and normally issued to clients in Jpeg.
What happens if I need to cancel, postpone or reschedule my shoot?
We will always try and accommodate rescheduling shoots as much as possible, after all, we are aware that sometimes things happen, such as the weather, that leaves us no choice. Please see our terms of business regarding shoot cancellations.
Do you sell and print photographs?
Yes, we are able to print and sell photographs however this is done off site. Please get in touch for more details.
I like a photo, can it be cropped before purchase?
Of course, once you have seen your photos, if there is any slight adjust for example a crop, feel free to contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
Do you do green screen photography?
We most definitely do, it is a great bit of fun for changing what the background actually is. The more creative the better, so get in touch to talk over the details.
Can you bring your studio to me?
We surely can, we have professional portable lighting and backdrops to take with us on location.
Where do I send my products to be photographed?
Products can either be shot at our Bromley studio or at your location, we recommended that you are present at the shoot, this way we can get an even better understanding of your requirements. This isn't necessary but if you want to have a great mug of coffee and be able to give further input, then we recommend it.
Do you edit/retouch the images?
We do, but be sure to let us know if you have any special requirements.
